ALL products and services recommended on SOULFUL EQUINE™ are ones that we have used and found enjoyable or useful.
In some cases, SOULFUL EQUINE™ is an affiliate for these products. What that means is that we get a bit of a commission if you purchase them. This money helps to keep SOULFUL EQUINE™ running and to keep the content in our articles section free.
If you feel uncomfortable using affiliate links, just google the name of the product, book, etc and get to the site that way, instead of using our link.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product you order from SOULFUL EQUINE™, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or full refund. Items returned in new condition after 30 days and within 90 days are eligible for a full refund in the form of a store credit. We cannot give refunds after 90 days.
Special order, drop ships, sale items and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Books, videos, CDs, DVDs, downloadable info-bundles and software are not returnable unless otherwise stated.
Please include a brief explanation for the reason of the return and send a copy of your original invoice. You will be responsible for shipping on returned items. We recommend Insured US Mail to assure your returns are covered in case they are lost.
